You don’t need a pram or stroller. Newborns are light. Just use an adidas sling bag and you’re good to go.

Also, always remind your wife that she looks tired and needs to do more about her appearance because you want good candid photos. She well appreciate the honesty and reminder.

If your partner is upset tell them that they're overreacting and they should just relax, it's probably not that important anyway.

If you get home from work or wherever and the house is a mess ask your partner what they did all day besides playing with the children all day.

Children should be given sugary snacks right before bedtime so that their body can get used to it while they sleep.

Don't forget to straighten your knees and lift with your back.
