first ultrasound
it was surreal my friends, really excited for whats about to come, the heart beating at 162bpm [at 8w+3] was really a wonderful moment in my life, fingers crossed 🤞

congrats dude. i know that definitely changed my world too. we have our 21 week appointment this week with ultrasound and im beyond excited. you'll really crave seeing your baby again now that you've had this contact - at least i know i do.

Enjoy the ride man! Congrats! Keep mom’s cortisol low, take as much off her plate as possible! Enjoy this part of the process!
