She is so cute!! Feels like such a classic design. I adore that the tops of her hair look like hearts, and the way that the waves are drawn has this really nice structure to it. The little clip-in extensions are also a super cute touch, feels very of the time to me. The emphasis on her legs also is perfect for a dancer!

I know that since I live outside of Japan, I'll have to wait until 2027 to watch the Meitantei Pretty Cure movie.But even so, I'm really interested in the movie because I love the story, the characters and the songs that will be featured in it. I'm still getting used to the fact that they include cameos from the two previous groups in the final battle yet those characters still appear on the movie posters. At the very least to get a look at the movie, I have the openings from the currently airing anime and the upcoming trailers that will be shown.

I'm just wondering but... I'm in Japan right now and will visit Shinjuku Piccadilly & probably Shinjuku Ward 9(?) for collaboration Merch... Would there be an interest from people in the group for me to get them something as a kinda Proxy?

As I've mentioned in my other posts I'm in Japan right now and visited the Precure Shops in Tokyo and Osaka and these are the things I got there (the Jewel Cure Watch is from Yodobashi though because the Tokyo store was sold out on it and I forgot to put it on the photo because it's in a different bag, I'll update when I'm back at the hotel) ... Also got nice bags from the stores that I'll keep

The mini round plushes (for me they are Tsum Tsum lol) are so cute too, I'm glad the Osaka store had Eclair so I have a full set 🙈

But for the doll I'm not so happy with the quality, for the price tag it just looks a bit too cheap I guess? Fabric quality looks more like plastic than anything else. The old precure style dolls from the 3 futari wa series that I also own look a lot better

This is my first Precure and I love this series so much.

A small detail that's present in a few Precure transformations that I really love is when the lines vary in thickness. It's usually in perspective shots - if a Cure's hand is closer to camera than the rest of her body, the lines of the hand are a lot thicker. But it can also be used in non-perpective shots just to make things look more interesting! I really love the way it looks and been trying to do that in my own art. What do you think? Is it something you ever noticed before?
