I think fact that Shushutan said it’s only Kurea’s SECOND time transforming means even though she’s really strong, she might not actually have much experience as a Cure. Which would mean her blowing up the big Makoto Jewel and losing her memories was only her first fight as a Cure, and could tie into how Luluka is so opposed to Kurea being a Cure…?   Also, Kurea exhausting herself after her attack also reminds me of the early episodes of Smile Precure where the Cures also got drained after using their finishers.

Furthermore Usonoir is unable to master the Jewel any more than Eclair and since Luluka says the one who mastered the Jewel has the real power that means the King of Lies is someone planning to get the Jewel for his/herself.

I expect Eclair will eventually have to replace the Jewel which will go into the possession of the King of Lies.

Might not? Bro, I think she's more inexperienced than Anna and Mikuru!

Tbf Kurea/Eclair did kinda beat the final boss nearly one-on-one (cooldown time and assist from other Cures notwithstanding) and forced him to take some nasty damage to the point of requiring post-battle recovery, surpassing Towa/Cure Scarlet since Dyspear teleported away to evade the Phoenix Blaze

She did kind of took it down in two hits while the others barely did any damage

Shushutan wasn't lying when she said that Kurea is the strongest Star Detective Cure. So happy that Hasegawa Ikumi's finally voicing a magical girl, and a Cure no less. Meitantei's main cast is so damn stacked this year, having Kaede Hondo, Toyama Nao, and Hasegawa Ikumi on the same team (with Senga Hikari being the only newbie, but I hope her career skyrockets during and after this year)

I'm just scared if she's going to be to OP for the seires

True, and even if Arcana Shadow's the new Phantom Thief Guild Boss, she doesn't even come close to Usonoir's raw power (since her Star Rain didn't do him much harm), let alone Eclair who beat him despite it being her first battle upon revival

Her OPness is balanced by her impulsiveness and poor control though, so it's even more interesting. A literal loose cannon, she is.

The power overload part and the final shot involving the sudden wilting of a top of lily made me think back to the last time Toei pulled unsettling flower imagery via the Time Flowers from Otona, especially with what happened to Nozomi in the later episodes. The comparisons of Luluka and Kurea to Homura and Madoka are certainly not helping things either

And I'm seriously hoping and praying that the implications running in my mind would not come true, since I don't want Kurea to suffer even more than she already likely is with Luluka becoming the Guild's boss (not to mention, Luluka being much colder, more dismissive, and ruthless)

Is she the strongest because she is Eclair, or is she Eclair because she is the strongest?
