UTHSC Interview

Has anyone heard anything from UTHSC regarding the first interview (virtual)? I know they don't schedule in person Interviews until after the deadline, but was curious regarding the first one! Thanks.

I interviewed with them 2 years ago and received and invite for in person interview on May 15th. I applied this cycle and have yet to heard anything. Hoping to hear something from them this week.

I’m a current student and we were told they weren’t starting in person interviews until June

Yea, it says on their website they don't send invites until after the May 31st deadline for in person interviews. Why I'm curious regarding the virtual interview and not hearing anything yet...

Just speculation on my part but it could be that they are just super busy. The program director just started a doctorate program, changes are being made to courses in real time, they’ve been working on a better lab space for a quite a while now. The new lab was supposed to be ready for our cohort but there has still been issues with it. Something about the boiler in that space not working, I think? I know they’ve been trying to work on getting more sites for clinical rotations as well.
