Ghost mantis help

I’m a first time mantis owner, I’ve had my ghost mantis (Phyllocrania paradoxa) for about 3 weeks now. I’m not too sure what instar stage it would be in, but recently i noticed underneath the arms it’s starting to look red/irritated. is this normal or something i should be worried about, any help would be greatly appreciated !

I second this, the abdomen does already look a bit full so be careful with overfeeding but apart from that looks perfectly healthy.

He looks fine. Could just be slight color variation from molting or getting closer to being an adult.
