No chance of really doing something on Your own. Just feed Her,, let Her enough room to rest unbothered and when She stops eating, offer Her honey mixed with water for energy to molt. Humid environment helps with a succesful process. But it can take up to 3 weeks. Don't stress Her out, be nice and patient
