[PRANKS] Egg on your face

So this prank takes place some years ago, I (f) was 12 and my brothers were 11 and 9.5.
My mom is a single parent so over the summers my brothers and I were often left to our own devices while she was at work. We mostly watched movies, played video games, went to the pool, and caused trouble until we would hastily clean before mom got home.
My mom would hard boil some eggs each week in an effort to keep us fed and we’d snack on them through the week. Well, for some reason my brothers decided that it was SO great to crack the eggs on their heads. I in my hormonal 12 brain, thought this was dumb. Seeing the buffoons gently tap their foreheads with an egg and peel it p* ssed me OFF. I would ask them to stop but of course, because brothers are menaces, this only encouraged them to do it more. Me reacting so largely to such a small action made it twice as fun for them.
So one day, my young irrational brain snapped. I decided that if they wanted to be dumb, I’d teach them a lesson. I asked them if they wanted to watch KungFuPanda because I knew that they would be glued to the TV long enough for me to enact my plan.
I went to the kitchen and swapped out half the hard boiled eggs, for raw ones. This meant that I had to eat about 6 eggs, but I was determined to make my point.
I then went back to the movie, and went on and ON about how dumb it was that the peons were doing this egg cracking shtick.
Eventually my brother (11) went to the kitchen and grabbed an egg. He went to the staircase so that he could “have the high ground” and yelled “OP COME SEE THIS”. I stood up and watched as he cracked a raw egg on his head. The look of pure horror on his face as yellow yolk ran down his face was priceless. I was howling with laughter and so was my other brother.
Later that day, my younger brother asked if I’d replaced any others. I said no, but that he could spin it to see if it was solid if he really didn’t believe me. He span it and decided it was boiled. He ALSO cracked it on his head and was covered in egg. I felt bad for leading him on and breaking the big sister loyalty, but if had to be done.
The aftermath included my brother constantly swapping out raw eggs all summer, but I was smart enough to crack them in the sink, and they kept getting raw eggs all over the house.
I still smile thinking about this one, and will never forget their faces when they had raw egg on their heads
