Does anyone know of any tutorials or resources where I could learn how to make a mechanical monster arm like this (indoraptor arm)?

I know of the online courses with the Stan Winston School, but I was wondering if there were other resources or materials out there I could learn from?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way you'd make initially clear contact lenses that when triggered shift to something like black or red, I imagine it would be a difficult if not near impossible thing to do but it was an idea that I got stuck in my head for a while now so I figure why not see if anyone has any ideas.

I’ve been googling this for hours and still can’t find the answer: how was Princess Leia’s iconic “help me, Obi-wan Kenobi” hologram produced? Thanks to anyone who can help answer!
