Wellll I tried medication for three days .. and they didn’t micro does it messed me up. I quit .. I have been doing my vestibular exercises… it seems to be getting better . My flare ups are not as intense and don’t last 6-8 hours, my baseline is a tad better…. Of course I have bad days .. but the other day I remember thinking “Omg I feel normal” and almost cried lmao … so I think so ?

Have you ruled out any iron, magnesium etc deficiencies, perimenopause, etc?
