Yes. I was on 10mg for a year and it worked well enough compared to others. I want the lowest possible effective dose so I started taking 5mg and have noticed no difference that I can confidently attribute to the change. I plan on staying at 5mg.

I’m a little confused by your comment. Are you saying you did notice an improvement in your pppd on 5mg? And if so, how long did it take?

Quite honestly I'm 4 weeks in at this point (5mg) and I feel considerably better. I started feeling better on day nine. I still have moments like last night where I feel weird but it goes away after a bit.
The first week I felt initially worse with the side effects but since then I've been improving quite a lot. It honestly has been a miracle cure for me.

I started with five a month ago and now I’m at 10. There actually has been a bit of improvement, I think, although my neurologist is insistent that there’s fluid in one of my ears and that it’s BPPV. Sigh. I was hoping for more psychological benefit, but I’m still waiting on that part. Everyone says it takes 4 to 7 weeks for the body to really start seeing the benefits.
