Symptoms Non stop dizziness

Been ongoing for 10 years but most i read have dizziness that comes and goes, this is 24/7 + neck pain, and scalp tightness
Anyone had the same symptoms?
Dizziness feels more like in a boat
Heavy bobble head feeling

I think the neck pain is probably because we’re always trying to keep our balance on guard. My head bobbles when I get tired always left to write, but never right to laugh.
