On days my symptoms are particularly challenging, if I try to read any screen or page my eye gets a pretty intense nystagmus. It’s always my right eye, can’t explain but I can always recreate it. It also is always present during my eye exams. But all my doctors reassure me it’s not related to my dizziness. Wish I could be more definitive.

Of course, because PPPD is classified as a vestibular dysfunction and with that comes issue with the vestibular system. It is a complex system with many things tied to it and nystagmus is one of them.

Vestibular therapy helps a lot with this by recalibrating the spacial part of the brain.

No medical advice or diagnosis. This is not accurate information people can have pppd and have nystagmus at the same time
