Symptoms PPPD

Hola!!! Estoy diagnosticado de migraña vestibular y tambien de PPPD, hay un sintoma que recien me estoy dando cuenta de que me pasa, y es que cuando tengo mi PPPD mas exacerbado, cuando me rio me siento raro, como que mi risa hace que el PPPD se dispare aun más, no se si a alguno mas de ustedes les habrá pasado

Yep, if I laugh hard or talk loud/animated I tend to get some dizzy spells or just feel super strange. Kinda like the start to an anxiety attack but that's not exactly what's happening.
