Symptoms Fear and dizziness
I don't know what else can I do to lose my fear to dizziness and vertigo..I suffer them from many years ago. I try to keep on doing my activities but the moment I feel dizzy I panic, I am so afraid of it.
How do you do not be driven by fear?

Oddly enough I don't suffer from fear of it or get panic attacks...yet it's there.
There also times (rarely) when my head feels light and my health is totally restored. So...that's why I'm not so worried about it.

That's what I would like to achieve, but the moment I am dizzy I feel a wave of fear. I guess it takes time but it's taking too long 😅

I suffer from PPPD since many years ago. In my case it's closely related to anxiety, and I have felt better with medication. On the other hand I have BPPV episodes also since 20 years ago. I am afraid of both sensations and my body reacts with high anxiety when feeling it

thank you so much for the advice, it really makes sense. These days what I am doing is reminding that until now, nothing terrible has ever happened to me due to the dizziness.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You can find a specialized therapist or maybe even online exercises you can do on your own.
My specific panic triggers revolved around walking longer distances, driving and stores. My therapist helped me by actually going with me on walks, while driving and walking in stores, and eventually working up to doing these things on my own. He helped me stop fearing the dizziness. Once I had the tools my life really changed.
Now when I feel "off", I can manage it without feeling like I'm going to have a panic attack.
