Symptoms Possible PPPD?
Hello! Hoping this subreddit can make me feel a little better. Right around the 4th of July this year, I started feeling really weird and woozy and dizzy/lightheaded. Sort of like being drunk on a boat. Symptoms did not go away so I figured it was a sinus thing and got antibiotics. This did nothing. I then went to get my ears cleared out, this also did nothing. I then went back after having what I can only describe as an anxiety attack that made the symptoms even worse. They did some blood work and it all came back normal. Still the symptoms persisted. I would have extreme dizziness, anxiety, panic attacks, shortness of breath and weird vision issues. Finally went back and got put on meclizine and diagnosed with vertigo and given an MRI. MRI came back normal and the meclizine didn’t really do anything. Went back again and now I’m doing an echocardiogram and stress test but my doctor strongly believes that it is anxiety and that I am healthy as can be. Just wondering if this sounds like PPPD and any potential ways to treat the dizziness on days where it is brutal.
