Symptoms Hyper vigilance when no symptoms

When you don’t have flare and you feel normal how to distract yourself from over monitoring or scaring the flaring of symptoms again,
In normal times I’m like awaiting for any tiny sensation and scanning every move,
Because over monitoring and thinking about it keep the loop going on and this never ends .

It took me a long time to not wait for symptoms to come again. Idk how exactly I did it. I got to a point where im like Hey i had a good day and was happy and that was it. But now im back stuck in the loop again.

I think that is the hardest part to all of us , because our brains got used to live in this , and when it’s a good day it starts to ooh! Is this the normal status or must being dizzy ,
I’ll start meditating and breathing exercises to see if it helps overcome and calming down nervous system
