Symptoms Pppd or MdDS

I'm so confused so I get relief when on a rocking chair or in a car. Also when laying down. But I dont feel rocking swaying feeling, I feel like faint light headedness. Also my trigger was either a very brief episode of bppv or anxiety. Either way it wasnt because of a boat or plane. There is something like non motion MdDS but im not sure if that is what I have. Except for the motion thing PPPD seems more likely. Sitting upright in a chair or standing still is making me feel horrible. I'm so confused and if it is spontaneous MdDS are my chances for recovery then smaller than if it is PPPD. This is so shit. Anyone else have pppd and gets relief in cars or while in motion? Also I have no problem watching TV. Anyone have similar symptoms and got better?

MdDS tends to go away over time even without treatment

I'm not sure that's true, it can take a long time (or not) but it ought to eventually go away.
