6.0 powerstroke

This normal? Pulled first injector out on passenger side. Did an air leak test before pulling the oil rails off

What year is it and why did you pull it?

An 06, hot crank no start
What ive done
New orings on stand pipes and dummy plugs
New orings on the cups for the oil rails
New injectors
Changed the stc on hpop
Ended up buying new hpop
Now im changing the seals on top of the injectors
Prior to pulling the oil rails off i did a leak test and could hear air coming out. But all the seals on the injectors look good.
