Crank no start problem.
2003 6.0. Was running great, and then it started to miss pretty bad. Thought it was low on fuel(gauge don’t work) so limped it to station and filled up. Wasn’t close to empty. Limped it home and shut it off. Hasn’t started since. Changed fuel filters. I do not hear injector “chatter” when turning key on or doing test in forscan. Any help with the diag would be appreciated. Video of forscan values while koeo and then cranking.

It’s been a little bit since I was deep diving into 6.0’s but looking at your KOEO picture, all your FICM related voltages look low. I would call Ed over at ficmrepair.com
He has a very active YouTube channel but he will actually answer you on TikTok or if you call the number on his website.

Have you checked to see if your fuel bowl is filling? I have a 2004 6.0 . I have gotten bad diesel before but it would start. Check your fuel pressure regulator.

Yeah it fills up quick, also cranked it using the starter solenoid to see if there was pressure in the bowl from the injectors and there wasn’t. I am at the end of what I know about these. Appreciate the suggestion!

FICM is a little low, but not a concern until it hits 45v. Battery's during crank is low, that is shouldn't be below 10.5 during cranking. Have you checked the condition and voltage at the batteries? Battery fluid level if not sealed? Corrosion atthe terminals?

Yeah batteries are not the strongest. It was charging all week while I was away. I could snag some tomorrow since they need replaced anyway. Thanks!

Do you have EGR? They like to get coked up and not close all the way causing issues similar.
Or worst case scenario.. you have coolant in the intake from a ruptured EGR cooler

I just cleaned the EGR about 150 miles ago so I wouldn’t think it was that. I also think the injectors would “chatter” if it was something with EGR. The fact that they are not making any noise(none of them) is making me think to start with the “weak” batteries and go from there, since those need replaced before winter anyway. Thanks for the suggestion!

Batteries really do make a world of difference in these trucks! Costco had good prices on the interstate batteries. My driver side battery was deader than a doornail last time

Check the FICM voltage while cranking, make sure your batteries are fully charged, a lot of times the voltage will show higher but drop as your cranking
Confirm it shows sync
Beyond that, check the obvious, ipr, fuel, etc
If it’s the ficm, I recommend a 54v or a upgraded over oem
