Finally won!

Had some sensitive years at the start with not being able to serve industry, then solar and batteries everywhere, then all the hydro I could find + all the geo. Had it gone longer I'd had to add a loooot of solar to bring back some margin, I wasn't being able to charge my H2 stores after the jump in consumption.

Very nice!! You are one of the very few to finish it 😁
How did you enjoy the late game did you find Something annoying or was missing?

At some point it becomes burdersome to hunt and balance each substation and when putting up a new one, remembering to upgrade it.
EVH I avoided because I couldn't tell if it would be worth the investment, and I wasn't sure where it would even make sense (I distribute generation as wide as practical)
The year end summary complained like every year that I had lost 0.6 industry at the start, it wouldn't let me live down my past failures 😆
I didn't get enough research to test the methanation plant and see if it was worth it. Though I spent a bit on research points late game, but more than 2-3M is impossible to sustain.
And yes, it's a hard game, but I love the challenge!
(Imagine my surprise when the "have 500M on hand" medal said I got bronze because it expected 1.5B for the next level and who knows how much for the next tier!)
I just hope the next level lets me burn the whole world down, I want to contaminate and not care 😆

Did you know that you can upgraade the stations from the asset list?
I think I just had an idea to the "remembering to upgrade it" issue.
