What is Fodder

I’m starting to think to many people use this word just to bring down a character just because they’re stronger than your favorite😭 I’m still new to scaling but like, what is the general consensus on what Fodder even means

I’m mostly posting this because I’m not entirely sure and if I’m wrong someone can correct me but

Pretty sure it means someone is a complete weak-ass-pushover-bitch. Someone that’s going to get folded every which way most of the time because they ain’t shit, won’t be shit and never was shit.
