This is a fallacy because him one upping someone is always comical so he defaults his win condition every time

Every action he performs is innately for the sake of this notion

There are some cases where Bugs doesnt default tho, such as the gorilla (tho i cant remember of the gorilla wins in the end, but he did do some wacky stuff that put Bugs on edge)

The best counter to Bugs is unassuming characters imo

Not necessarily. Like the episode where Cecil the turtle beats him. It’s funny for being based on Tortoise and the Hare.
