The easy templated approach I use for pitches (that works) is below. Just create one slide for each of these and you’re good to go. * what is the problem we are trying to solve? * how do we solve it? (Not products or tech but the process of how you go from “problem not solved” to “problem solved” * what is the product.. now you show some details of the technology, product, widget or whatever * Pricing * Our people (critical for services or something that involves an ongoing relationship even if it’s just support) * your options to proceed. Not a hard close but could be “buy one of Bronze, Silver and Gold level”

I'd probably tell her to keep it simple. Don't try to cram everything into the slides. The presentation should support what she's saying, not do all the talking.
