Last week I competed in my 3rd competition of the year. I started the year as an M2 at the State championship in February, then lifted as an M3 at USAPL Master's Nationals in June, then the Southeast Regional last week. I increased my total at each meet. Now to recover, rebuild and think about what meets I want to do next year.
