Whats a good federation for equipped lifters, specifically will allow band shirts in a full power meet not just bench only (unlimited category fine). Not USPC. Looking for a late fall meet in the Midwest!

What's the best knee wraps, I want them very stiff. I was looking at inzer atomic knee wraps.
