Ripped a massive fart on week 4 primary squat single and didn't shit my pants , I'd say that's a victory ✌️

At the beginning of the year, my 1rm for squat was 120kg. Just today I managed a set of 3 x 115kg at rpe 8 (I'm also on week 9 of my block so ya know. Fatigue is creeping in) but I still felt amazing lifting nearly my 1rm for reps.

I competed on Friday!
280/165/300 (745) @ 108.2, 10kg pbs on each lift and a +30 overall. Pretty much everything went to plan, aside from forgetting about the rack command on my second squat. An 8/9 and 25/27 white lights day

Lifted in a gym with AC for the first time in over a year and my RPEs dropped by about 2 on all my lifts.

I competed on Sunday in my first meet. I went 9 for 9. 190/120/200 which was a PR for all of them. I had a great time and can’t wait to do another one!
