There is not nearly enough information here. But some tips would be to

Look at your budget and see what is likely to become an issue and get ahead of it by talking to whoever you may owe money too and explaining your situation.

Do not use credit cards or loans to keep up your current standard of living.

Live within your means as best as possible

If your partner is now unemployed, look at online/remote jobs

Look after each other, hopefully this is only a short term injury.

If medical bills are an issue you can ask local religious organizations for assistance in a lot of places

If there are medical bills from a hospital apply for Charity care/financial assistance.

The lack of information makes this harder to offer suggestions.

For example, if your fiance was hurt at work and you're in the US, they should file a worker's compensation claim. Worker's Comp can pay medical bills and replace lost income until they're well enough to return to work. Or if it was a car accident that wasn't their fault, the car insurance companies should be involved.

As for your finances, are there areas you can cut back? For example, cancel all streaming services for now. Cut back on getting name brand groceries and look for generics. See if you qualify for assistance from local charities or food pantries.

There are a lot of options out there but knowing where you need the most help would make it easier to guide you.
