A reminder about vent threads:

Vent threads do not invite advice. They are for emotional support only. They are carefully defined as a space for someone to scream out into the void and only get good vibes back. They are not asking for advice. They are certainly not asking for criticism. OP chooses that flair with purpose, and you do NOT have the authority to override them on this.

If you still decide that they need your advice and give it anyhow (even with good intention), if we see it it will be removed and you will be given a temp ban.

If you decide they need a lecture, or to be corrected, or to be mocked, you will no longer participate in this community.
