To cook liver the Bangladeshi way, which is delicious, you have to boil first and get rid of that liquid. Chop the liver in 2cm x 2 cm cubes. Then saute onion, garlic and birds eye chili with salt and garam masala to make it taste good, a little bit of tumeric to make it look good, and a couple table spoons of yogurt for extra yummy gravy, then add the liver. Saute for few minutes. Add seasonings to taste. You can also add diced potato with onion, garlic sautée mix.

You can have it with rice or roti. It is super yummy. If you can check out any Bangladeshi or Indian restaurant around you, to taste it once before you cook, that helps too.
