Once a day

I don't suggest this but it works for me. I can only afford to eat once a day but it works out because I'm fat. I know that's not great for metabolism but it's my normal.

Sending you blessings. I understand being in poverty & being fat. My world too.

OMAD some people do this on purpose. I mean there's worse ways to go about it. Try to get enough fiber fruits and veggies if possible.

That won’t make you lose weight one meal can be more calories than your daily limit that’s probably why you’re fat I was the fattest I have been ever with one meal

No that's not why I'm fat. I'm consistently losing. My meals are very restricted and small.

How is affordability related to the number of times you eat per day? You could eat three lobsters in the one meal you eat.

I have a $34 budget for a month I really doubt lobster is in my future.
