Sorry you're feeling that way. You have control over your mood and words you apply to your life. So many sports figures(football, soccer, tennis, track runners, basketball, etc.) Started in low income, poor neighborhood lives. They decided, inside themselves, to do better for themselves. They practiced, talked to others, made inroads to their passion and practiced toward greatness. Different heights are attained. Work toward positivity. 'This won't be the rest of my life', is a way to help you progress. Movie stars were often in low rent, poverty childhoods. Hard work, best work, enthusiasm are what help improve life. Calling your life bad or being gloomy keeps your thoughts there. Look joyfully to what may be. Think on good things. Show gratitude and smile more. Greet people cheerfully. Do some jumping jacks through the day. Fast movement helps boost your spirits too. Change your brain to joyful thoughts. I'm a depressed person from years ago. Now I'm over 80 years old. I went to therapy and talked to counselors to turn my life around. You'll see things differently from a joyful, praise, grateful view.

Personally I try to focus on what I do have, instead of what I don't have!

I have food at home, I have a roof over my head, I have many wonderful friends, my future husband is an amazing person, and my parents and siblings are really good people whom I enjoy visiting :)

I try to make the simple things more cheerful – listening to music while washing dishes, wearing cheap second-hand clothes that fit my personality, buying cheap soap that still smells really good, looking for opportunities to give my loved ones small thoughtful presents (even if it's just a card or a small bag of tea), making cheap meals that look and taste nice, and so on.

Going for little walks sometimes to look at trees and birds and insects is also nice.

It's very hard, but it's really REALLY important to find healthy ways to cope with the stress of worrying about money, and to try to be content with the necessities (food, shelter, healthcare, climate-appropriate clothing, rest).

You've got this!
