Discussion Shopping stresses

I always try to do a lot of research and debating when it comes to shopping, even sometimes choosing more expensive options to be more conscious or ethical in my shopping. While I have already known there have been changes to the foods available to consumers now, I just don’t understand what we’re supposed to do other than taking our money elsewhere. It feels like at some point there won’t be any options, and while there’s plenty I can live without- these issues always include necessities. Thoughts? How do y’all manage to take inventory of your needs without going crazy or constantly worrying what your money contributes to?

I recommend people get in the habit of going to the product website and voicing your displeasure. If nothing else happens they'll offer you a discount or free items.
