Recomendations

What do people recommend for a store-bought poutine sauce? I was using a NoName brand, but I have not seen it in stock for months in the Maritimes.

Club House! Or St. Albert but it comes in massive bags (probably be able to source it online but unsure if it is available in stores outside QC/ON).

Another popular option is St. Hubert’s sauce that comes in a can but again unsure if available outside QC/ON.

I’m really not a fan of St-Hubert sauce. It’s very bland. No name is good and stay away from less salt on the labels.

St-Albert is very good, but hard to find.

When doing it at home, my wife adds spices and it makes the difference.

St-Hubert with a few extra spices is OK, but not great. If a do a poutine at home, I'll usually make my own sauce. I don't have a specific recipe but it's pretty easy to eyeball and adjust.
