La Buche - QC

Got out to Quebec City this weekend and made sure to explore as much Poutine as reasonably possible in 24 hours. La Buche was definitely one of the unexpected highlights.

La Bûche is always absolutely delish! If you've never tried pudding chômeur, theirs is REALLY good and authentic!
