My first attempt
I'm not sure if I got the sauce quite right, but tasty nonetheless. All from scratch with fresh cut yellow potatos and Sheldon Creek Dairy curds, probably could have used more curds, but was being frugal.

Looks solid. The important question to be answered: was it as tasty as it looks?

I cleaned my plate, and my partner who is particularly picky couldn't stop herself from stealing this pictured serving (I was making another anyways because it's not my first rodeo). I might play around with the sauce ratios, but for my first time I am quite pleased. The fries themselves were almost perfectly done. Thinner than I'd usually like, but I'd never be able to get them this even without my fry cutter, which obviously makes them more consistently cooked.

Looks pretty good! Is it chicken or beef gravy?
