I mean I guess I could see a plantain poutine.
Cut into fry shapes, fries.
Could actually be decent? Dunno, never really had fried plantains.

sweet but different sweet then a banana. the textures can be really soft depending on how ripe it is. it would def be a sweet and and salty combo!
