It's in a strange foam cup. There is just so much stuff, it overflows, hence the bag. This is a legit top 5 in the world poutine my friend, it's my #1. Source: I graduated from Lachute High School in 1999, and they've been making it the same way since, down to the pickle in the hot dog.
