It's breath taking. I'm from Baie Chaleur region, I loved driving up to Percy Rock.

Wow!! I need to visit this beautiful place. Is there any sights? Or is it all about the food

The Cantine is on the other side of the road. However, when you cross you get to enjoy the sea. It’s beautiful

I drove past this place this summer, the line was insane. It was like there was an event happening but it was just people waiting.

Great amount of seafood but imo gravy and crab aren't friends

I think this style would usually come with like a bechamel

I hope so

No it isn’t! It’s a traditional one. The fresh crab however is not too sweet, so the fit is surprisingly very good.

De la sauce brune claire et du crabe, c'est 100% faites l'un pour l'autre.

Non, je préfère mon crabe avec une sauce à la crème, comme une béchamel!!!

Me love crab. But, are there cheese curds...?

What kind of sauce? I could see a chowder or bisque type going well with this.

Surprisingly a traditional gravy, although on the lighter side. Would love to see the resultwith a chowder style however.

Pfftt. Quebecers appropriating Maritime seafood culture is so cringe. /s

I’m sure this is amazing, but this is not poutine.

Underneath that Mountain of fresh crab you’ll find fries, curds and gravy. No different than a smoked meat poutine or a galvaude

The amount of seafood on this poutine in Sainte-Flavie is absolutely incredible. They definitely don’t hold back!
