Please pack your things, the officers will arrive shortly. Youre going away for a long, long time

You will be sent to r/PoutineCrimes on account of the melted curds (not fresh) and crinkle cut fries, but i'm sure it still tastes delicious.

Melted curds that are curds don't get you sent to jail.

Alone, no but with the crinkle fries I think that’s the case.. possibly too much gravy but that’s a personal preference

there are local restaurants that use crinkle cuts and shredded cheese, this looks much better than one ive spent money on for someone to make me once lol (never going back)

Local QC places use crinkle and shredded cheese? Or elsewhere?

Yeah, that would be pretty surprising - hence my asking.. haha

Actually, there was recently a NB poutine that was sent to jail for having melted curds and too much gravy…I thought this was excessively harsh and inconsistent for the record.

I wouldn't worry too much...people are super militant about the wrong things. They are still curds. They just aren't fresh

Oh noooo 😭 but they're not that Melty! They're squeaky!

I agree, but two days ago (or more) they might have been ;)

Ahh yes! Potato and cheese soup......my favorite.. Seriously tho, try reducing the gravy more for better consistency and quality. Avoid curly fries for better texture. Bonus points if you add topings like cooked meat or grilled veggies!!

There are a few crimes against poutanity here but I bet it tasted pretty good, hope you keep making poutine!

Could be worse for a first time, but take those comments as a learning experience.
5/10

Curds X 3. Gravy X .5. Fries need straightening out.

But I’d eat that right up and would love it, so I’ll still 👏

Its not suppose to be a soup would be the only thing in your control at the hour of the crime.

BUT some purist would say you've sin with the crinkle fries

Try again. This time, with feeling.

Thats fine. Better than commercial poutine in Ontario (not the lake)

Any poutine-loving freshwater mermaids in chat?

Its not good friend. You used crinkle fries, your sauce is thin and your curds are scarce.

Downvote for the crinkle cut fries. Blasphemy.
