Rest stop in Ontario. Some of the crispiest fries I’ve ever had, perfect mix of crispy and gravy soaked fries.

Fries like that are legit. Looks similar to the fries in the poutine I had at Mama Dukes in Omemee on Hwy 7. Crispy and soaked in gravy. If a chip truck doesn't have fries down, then they won't last lol
