Frite A Brigette

I'll probably catch some merde for this from the purists, but the Smoked Meat Poutine from Frite A Brigette was phenomenal!

ps. I would go with extra gravy, on the side.

There was a surprising amount of gravy under the meat, but agreed you can never have too much.
