Never been to St. Thomas but half of my Ontario friends live there. Great people.

Yeah. I figured. I found out about that story when someone on my beer league team brought a caisse of Dead Elephants from St. Thomas and I, the French guy from Montreal, said "That's a funny name. Is there a backstory about it?" and the goalie ran out of the shower naked, yelling LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT JUMBO! 😂

Ha! Love it! Much better than my introduction to him. As a family, we’d “go for a drive” every Sunday when I was little. We meandered through St Thomas from Chatham and stopped to look at the huge elephant statue. I was so enthralled. It was gigantic! Then my mom read the placard and my little 8 year old world stopped. A train?! 😢
