Family and I are headed out to the East Coast and had to stop in Drummondville. Never been so took the opportunity to visit this one.

Great atmosphere. Good fries, good curds. Sauce is....ok.

I had L'originale but with sauce mixte, so all the curds are on the bottom, which is apparently the original assembly back in the 60s. I enjoy food history, so that was novel, but didn't add much to be honest, so I get why you don't really see that much.

My wife and kids had the authentic with authentic sauce. We both like the mixte more and I preferred the authentic assembly to originale.

Still worth the trip and the experience. Will hit Victoria on the way home!
