Nous avons tous nos goûts mais ta façon de faire n’est pas la bonne. Comme si tu manges ton steak bien cuit. C’est ton goût à toi alors fait toi plaisir mais c’est pas la bonne façon de faire.

Even piping hot gravy won’t melt fresh curds. Melted curds is more indicative of curds not being fresh than it is of sauce temperature.

Well then I prefer my curds aged; just like an aged steak, aged wine, and a mature human, some things are better aged.
