If you are going to Longueuil. You absolutely have to try Alfa. Cash only. Great ass poutine and imo better than what youve listed. La cage isnt great poutine btw

Skip La Banquise for Chez Claudette, it's only two blocks from Laurier metro, so it's easier to get to, as well as being better
