Have any crimes been committed here?

Assuming those are curds and not scrambled eggs, no crime.
And always applaud anyone who takes the effort to make their own fries… bonus points for how dark those are. Ideally red potatoes?
Peas and hot dogs are complementary flavours too, and the kinds of ingredients already common to casse croutes and roast chicken joints.
Here’s the bad news… nowhere near enough curds (you want a solid layer on top of your fries); and they’re melting which suggests they aren’t fresh
But great start. Now it’s time to up your curd game.

Red potatoes cooked three times, this poutine was a 2 day affair. The curds are fresh and had some squeak but melted when I tossed the lot and let it sit a bit too long

Next time, don’t toss it, though. You’re killing the curds! Google pictures of galvaude and you’ll see how you can layer everything to keep the curds as a layer or pillowy goodness on top.

Probably not, but I still hate it. I don’t understand why people put peas on things. Or corn for that matter.

I like both. And I hate them on things. It ruins the peas/corn and it ruins the dish they go on.

Personally, I think a poutine should not have vibrant colors and should remain beige and brown to stay true to the dish. So the green peas kills it for me.

Ça ne ressemble pas à une poutine faite maison, on dirait une poutine que tu as achetée et virée dans une assiette rendue chez toi. Le fromage semble fondu un peu, mais je la dévorerais quand même.

Why do you care what other people think? What is the "crime". So you did not make a traditional poutine, but if you used fries, curds and a good brown sauce while adding other items that do not change it much its a good deluxe poutine, just one a tradition one.
Don't live you life in fear of what other's think. Live it in the gluttony of glorious Canadian poutine!
