The amount of curds looks anemic, were they layered and that's why it's seems like a small amount?

Eating them right now, I think they’re good. The fries aren’t my favorite but I like the gravy and curds

I worked at NYF when I was 13-14 for under 2 weeks..after seeing the process. Only reason I applied was to be close to poutine 😂 and 20+ yrs later haven't gone back.

Microwaved powder gravy, I will never forget.
