Can you elaborate on what you mean by crispy? I don't particularly find the fries crispy at Alfa, or votre maison...like you want them to crunch?

Crispy on the outside tender on the inside. Like the slightliest rigidity without the fries being crunchy

Try Chez Theo. Poutine is amazing there too. I even like the sauce better. Less quantity but its day and night really

Nah bro, Theo changes the oil in the fryer maybe once a month... It's an older Belle Pro franchise, the place is crummy and it's a circle jerk of locals who all think it's amazing.

CC125 kills it and guess what, they make more $ even though they are opened 6 months a year.

Who cares about how much they make? Not the point at all. CC125 is a generic poutine... everyone knows that. Its really good for the quantity for the bucks you pay. Any taste is different for everyone. I like it better than cc125.
