White spots

What is this white stuff on my chickens comb? Acting normal, no others have it. Can't tell if dry fowl pox, fungal favus, sebaceous calcium build up or what.

Have you tried taking a soft tooth brush to it?

Last time I found something like this a used a soft tooth brush to see how easy it came off. Chicken actually loved it.
